NC Folk Festival, Downtown Greensboro, NC, September 8, 2018, Cabin Creek Boys old time music

From a few minutes ago the Cabin Creek Boys old time music at the inaugural NC Folk Festival at Downtown Greensboro, NC.

This performance took place at one of 5 stages and the crowd was overflowing (but there was plenty of room).

It was good to see so many young children with their families.

I chatted with one of the volunteers, 5 years my senior, who went to the opposing high school.

We talked about music, ancestry and growing up in Greensboro.
